I am a certified yoga teacher on a mission to bring the therapeutic effects of massage into every yoga flow I lead. I use my knowledge of anatomy to create yoga flows that both stretch, strengthen, and reset the whole body.

Sundays

Morning Vinyasa

10:00AM-11:15AM

Focus on gentler and more meditative forms of vinyasa to warm up the body before flowing into deeper postures. Using targeted intention on muscle groups, bones and connecting tissue, you can deepen your attention to detail and alignment of your practice.

Mondays

Vin to Yin

5:30PM-6:30PM

A well-balanced full-body class that incorporates both vinyasa flow and restorative yin postures. The first half of class is centered on dynamic flowing movements to strengthen the body and improve balance, and the second half of class slows down into deep yin stretches held for 2-4 minutes.

Private Yoga [sessions/lessons/classes]

You can do yoga!

Do you want to start practicing yoga but feel intimidated at the thought of going to class? Do you feel like everyone else knows what’s going on in yoga class except for you? Do you want to deepen your yoga practice or have someone check your form and alignment? Private sessions might be for you! In private yoga sessions, we do an intake to determine your goals and current practice level. Then I will guide you through an appropriate custom yoga flow using verbal cues and demonstration while carefully checking your alignment and form. I will offer you homework (should you choose to accept) and resources to make your home practice fun and effective. Depending on your goals, one session might be all you need to get your confidence up to practice at home or in a class. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly sessions are also available!
